Zenith Bank appoints Olisamedua Amangbo as new CEO

Nigeria’s Zenith Bank, has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange of the appointment of Peter Olisamedua Amangbo as its new Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer following the last week approval of its CEO, Godwin Emefiele as the next governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria by the Senate.

Until now, Amangbo, who has been with the bank for more than 21 years, is an executive director.
His appointment as CEO takes effect from June 11.
