The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Akure, Ondo
State Command has dismissed one of its Marshal Officer, Mr Emmanuel Ilori for
defiling a 9 year old daughter of his colleague and friend, Mr Oluwafemi Oguntayo. The officer was
sacked from the command after he was found guilty of the offence which he
committed at the victim father's residence located at
Omitogun Estate, Shebi
Street in Akure.
Sources who narrated the account said Ilori paid a
visit to the father of the young girl who were both colleague in the office,
they joke and played for hours before the ugly incidence occurred.

Oguntayo was said to have leave the little lad in the custody of his
visiting-friend for a brief engagement at the second street. No sooner than
Oguntayo left his residence, the suspect (Ilori) allegedly locked the door,
covered the mouth of the little girl and forcefully had her carnal knowledge.
The pains emanated
from the unlawful sexual act resulted the little lad to cry helplessly and with
the sudden return of her father who came and met the door locked from within.
Mr Oguntayo was said to have called other of his
colleagues in the office to informed them about the incidence and later reported
the case to the Security Officers at the Okuta Elerinla Divisional Police
Headquarters, Akure and got the accused
person arrested.
When contacted, the
Ondo State Command of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) spokesman, Wole Ogodo on
the issue, he confirmed the arrest with a pledge that the officer will be
charge to court.
He explained on the
account of the complaint that the officer allegedly has canal knowledge of the
girl and her father left the house for an occasion. " Without any
awareness, his friend and father of the young girl came home and met the door
locked, before forcing his way inside the house and caught him in the act"
Ogodo revealed.
Ogodo said the incident has been reported at the Divisional Police Headquarters, Okuta Elerinlan in Akure and the suspect arrested have already been charged to court.

The Police Spokesman added that investigation would
still be going-on on the matter.
Both Ilori and
Oguntayo are staff of the FRSC in Akure.
Reacting on the incident,
the Head of Operation of the FRSC, Ondo State Command, Sunday Ajayi said
the suspect has been dismissed indefinitely from the command stressing that it
can no longer accommodate his shameful act.
