Bill Cosby Sexually Assaulted Me when I Was 15 - Judy Huth

In the latest in a string of sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby, a 55-year-old woman has filed a lawsuit against the comedian in which she claims he molested her when she was only 15.

In a lawsuit filed on Tuesday and obtained by EW, Judy Huth claims that in 1974, she and her 16-year-old friend met Cosby when

they stumbled onto a movie set in Los Angeles. She claims that she and her friend disclosed their ages to Cosby when they met.

According to Huth,Cosby then invited them to a tennis club a week later, where he gave them alcoholic beverages, making them drink every time he won in pool. After having “multiple” drinks, Cosby invited them to the Playboy Mansion and told them to tell anyone who asked that they were 19.

There, she claims, Cosby “proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”

Huth says she’s suffered “severe and extreme emotional distress,” and is seeking punitive and exemplary damages.
